I primarily love coaching women who are really looking for support, insight, and feedback on various aspects of their life. They are women who benefit from having someone to brainstorm with, to share their thoughts and feelings, and who appreciated the advantage gained from having someone skilled at helping them clarify what their needs and true desires are, to validate their experience and feelings, and to partner with them in offering practical solutions to make changes and move forward, reaching their goals.
The women I work with are usually interested in health and wellness. That is, they would like to maintain their physical health, eat better, lose weight, improve their body image etc. They want to understand how their body is affected by food, and how food affects their body. They want support and accountability as well as the education that will really help them gain the benefits of a healthy lifestyle (i.e. health and fitness goals, more confidence, improved immunity etc.)
If you want coaching that is down-to-earth, practical, and meaningful…you found the place.
