| I care very much about working with people affected by genital herpes. Private coaching is available for women and their partners if applicable. I provide accurate information about HSV, and encouragement around self-esteem, body image, and relationships.
As a holistic health counselor, in general, I work with women who want support to achieve a greater sense of wellness in their lives, to eat healthier, to stop feeling bad about their body, and to gain the confidence, structure, and accountability to go after their goals. The foundation of how I coach is based on integrity, and authenticity with one's self. I know that people with herpes can find it very difficult to get the information and resources they need. I also know that rebuilding self-esteem after diagnoses is extremely important. Getting private coaching with someone who understands this virus can be very helpful.
